Exciting News from the EMS Front! The SAHMSA Rural EMS Training Grant has successfully completed its mission of recruiting and training EMS personnel in rural areas. Here's a snapshot of this incredible journey:

Program Duration: September 2022 - November 17, 2023

Training Locations: Didactic sessions held at the Fairgrounds, clinical rotations in Reno and Redding, and field internships in both cities.

Graduation Stats: 10 paramedics graduated from this program!

Ceremony Venue: UNR in Reno, NV was the proud host of this significant occasion.

Plumas District Hospital (PDH) gained 6 new Paramedics thanks to this impactful program!
